This website sets no cookies for visitors. That is why you are not shown a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Always on, no cookies
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and where visitors came from. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are counted using a short-lived identifier derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so you cannot be recognised across days or across sites.
- Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly pages load, so we can see whether the site is fast enough. It sets no cookies.
- Google Fonts serves one of the typefaces the pages use. Your browser requests it
from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com, so Google receives your IP address, as it would for any file served from another domain. It sets no cookies.
Your choice is remembered on your device
Nothing is stored in your browser for visitors.
Staff who sign in to edit the site receive a sign-in cookie, ws_cms_session,
which is strictly necessary for that and is never set for visitors.
When you actively do something
Some parts of the site contact other services, but only when you choose to use them:
- Sending an enquiry or signing up to the newsletter sends your details to our email provider and our customer relationship management system.
- Using Nora, our AI assistant, sends your message to the provider of the underlying AI model so it can reply.
- Booking a call takes you to HubSpot's scheduling pages, which have their own cookie policy.
- Following a link to TeamPay, WS Insights or LinkedIn takes you to separate services with their own policies.

Blocking cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its privacy settings. aboutcookies.org explains how for each browser. The site works fully with cookies blocked.
