Why we ask these five
They are the questions we ask on a first call, in roughly that order. Site count tells us whether this is a control problem or a consolidation problem. Close speed tells us whether the numbers are usable at all. The pain question is the one that decides what to fix first, and the last two tell us what already exists to build on.
