On Thursday 19 November 2026 we are back at Daffodil Mulligan for the next WS Hospitality Summit. It runs 10am to 4pm, and it is open to 50 founders, operators and decision-makers.
Why we run it
We were operators before we were accountants, and the most useful conversations we have ever had about this industry happened around a table, not on a stage. The summit is built to recreate that: a small, senior room where people say what they would tell a friend, not what they would tell a conference.
Numbers will feature, because labour, margins and cashflow are where the pressure shows first. But this is not an accountancy day. It is about hospitality as a whole: coming together as an industry, sharing what is working, and finding new ways through the headwinds ahead.
What the day looks like
- Coffee and pastries from 10am
- Straight-talking panel discussions
- Unfiltered insight from operators running sites today
- Time to share experiences and ideas with peers
- A long, family-style lunch with drinks to finish
Where it started
The first WS Hospitality Summit took place at Daffodil Mulligan in March 2026, with partners and industry voices including Supy, Lightspeed, Level FT, Onezone and The Portman Estate, and a talk from the charity Only A Pavement Away. In June we took the format to Manchester, at Maray. November brings it back to London, in the same room where it began.
Who should come
Founders, owners, operations directors and finance leads from restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels and multi-site groups. If you make the decisions on labour, pricing, sites or systems, this room is for you.
Places are limited to 50. Reserve yours here, and if you know an operator who should be in the room, send them the link: williamsstanley.co/summit/.
